Salary Package: £35,000 – £40,000 + Overtime (Typical earnings £45k+)

Nationwide travel with regular overnight stays
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our clients growing team supporting recycling and waste processing equipment across the UK. This is a varied and hands on role where no two days are the same, from fault finding and servicing to installations and refurbishments.
What You will Do
Service, repair, and install recycling machinery (balers, compactors, shredders, conveyors, and more).
Diagnose and fix electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults.
Travel nationwide to customer sites, including overnight stays.
Deliver customer training and provide professional on-site support.
Work independently and as part of a skilled, friendly team.
What We are Looking For
Electrically biased engineer with strong experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
Experience as a Field Service Engineer (or similar hands on role).
Strong electrical and mechanical fault finding skills.
Comfortable with regular UK travel and overnight stays.
Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.
A recognised mechanical/electrical qualification (or equivalent experience).
Full UK driving licence.
What You will Get
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) + overtime (time and a half weekdays/Saturdays, double time Sundays).
Earnings: Engineers typically earn £45k+ with overtime.
