The Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification designed for individuals working in, or preparing to work in, food handling, catering, retail or food manufacturing environments.
This practical course provides learners with a thorough understanding of food allergens, food intolerances and coeliac disease, enabling them to produce, handle and serve food safely while meeting legal responsibilities.
