The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that employers ensure workplace first aiders remain competent and confident to carry out their role effectively. Annual refresher training helps first aiders maintain their knowledge, practise essential skills and stay prepared to respond in an emergency.

The Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) (RQF) is designed for qualified first aiders who wish to update and refresh their skills each year until their full First Aid at Work requalification training is required.

This focused 3-hour refresher session allows learners to revisit key first aid procedures, practise practical skills and reinforce their confidence in managing workplace emergencies.

Successful candidates will leave with refreshed knowledge and renewed confidence to provide effective first aid when it is needed.
