Warehouse Operative -Cullompton, Devon

Location: Cullompton

Salary: £12.94 per hour

Hours:

• Early Shift: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM

• Late Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to support the efficient handling of goods within our client's Cullompton site. This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurately complete all documentation in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.

• Efficiently break down, allocate, and load inbound supplies, ensuring accuracy and care in all handling activities.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.

• Assemble and process customer orders, ensuring all items are correctly selected and prepared.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure all outbound orders meet the organisation’s quality standards.
