This role is suited to an engineer who is comfortable travelling nation with (3-4 nights away per week) and wants strong earning potential, autonomy, and long-term job stability within a growing industry.
You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance. and breakdown repair of industrial recycling equipment across customer sites throughout the UK.
UK Wide Travel - 3-4 Nights Away Per Week
£41,000 - £50,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + (OTE £60,000+)

This is a hand-on, customer-facing role ideal for an engineer with strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities who enjoys working independently and traveling nationwide.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing a wide range of machinery used in the recycling and waste-handling industry. This includes balers, compactors, shredders, separators, and conveyors. You will provide on-site support, diagnose faults, carry out refurbishments and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hands on Assembly Operative to support our client during a particularly busy period. This is a 12-month contract due to increased workload.
You will be working as part of a small team building bespoke conveyor systems from drawings. The work will involve mechanical assembly, use basic tools, and follow clear instructions from senior engineers.This would suit someone with mechanical assembly experience, a mechanical fitter, or someone from an assembly line or manufacturing background who is confident working with tools and following drawings.
Location: Wellington
Duration: 12 Months
Start Date: 6/04/2026
Pay Rate: £14 p/h
