Welder / Fabricator – Structural Steelwork

Torquay, Devon

Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent

£15.00 - £18.00 per hour + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a well-established company within the Structural Steel sector. You’ll work on a variety of fabrication projects, from cutting and prepping to final assembly, producing high quality to engineering drawings and specifications.

What you’ll be doing

  • Fabricate and weld structural steel components

  • Cut, prep and assemble steel using MIG and MMA techniques

  • Work from engineering drawings and liaise with design team when needed

  • Ensure accuracy, safety and quality throughout each build

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding (MIG & MMA)

  • Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings

  • Hands on, self-motivated and a team player

  • Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • CSCS card advantageous but not essential
